Default Installer Language Settings

Hello,

So I have an issue with my mac, when I boot a Mac from USB media, the default language is set to German (this is because I gave my laptop for repair in an Apple store in Germany, and whoever repaired it felt the need to set the language settings as fits him and didn't change it back to English). My question is, how do I set the language back into English when booting from USB.
