Iphone bought in UAE or any foreign country to be used in India

Can i seamlessly use Iphone bought in UAE or any foreign country and use in India?? I am getting iphone cheaper in other countries than in India.

Please help

You can if (1) you don't mind returning to whatever country you buy it from for warranty service and (2) if you buy it in the UAE you will not have FaceTime.
