iTunes gift card code issue

So im reying to redeem an itunes gift card i have but two of the letters and or number on the code got scratched off so i dont know what those two are and cant redeem my gift card is there any way of fixing this?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Supply them with as much of the code as you can.
