Did you Force ReStart your iPhone like it is shown here-->>Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ?

Did you just switch cellular / Phone lines? Try shutting down and restarting your iPhone and then see if the visual voicemail is setup. If not then call your carrier and they will be able to help you since visual voicemail needs to be provisioned by them if available. Thanks.

That's a lazy carrier, to be honest. Visual Voicemail is a carrier provided feature. Call your carrier again and get this elevated. Do you know for sure your carrier offers Visual Voicemail?

You were completely right! Called Customer service and after talking to several people they were able to resolve the problem
