You cannot recover that passcode. You will have to restore the iPhone to factory and set it up as new. You will not be able to use a backup. There is nowhere to recover it. All you can is erase the device by restoring it in iTunes to reset it.

You need to follow the same steps used to recover a forgotten passcode (to access your iPhone) provided in this support article at section “remove your passcode”:-> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

DO NOT try to recover data from a backup, since the screen time passcode would come back again.
