My microphone doesn’t work.

I started having this issue about 2 weeks ago. I can’t call, record videos or send voice messages. I don’t know why this happens, I’ve tried to restart my phone many times but it doesn’t work, I even had to reset my phone and it didn’t work. I need help 😥
