Yes please that is the snapshot of the email alert. I always receive alerts this way and I also called to confirm. I don’t use my credit card online except last January when I used it to upgrade my iCloud.
Please I canceled it in January and more so the subscribed amount was not $8.99. I even received an email to upgrade early this month. I also know that before any deductions or transactions I have to be notified, which is not the case.
Is that really your bank? Do they notify you of other transactions this way? Did you receive a corresponding invoice from Apple or can see the transaction when logging into your AppleID?
If the answer to any of the above is NO, you are being phished for profit by some miscreant. Disregard and DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINK.
Ok, so you DID purchase the iCloud upgrade from Apple. As we can see from the invoice, it is a recurring monthly charge AND it is time to pay for February. If unwanted, you will have to cancel at Apple starting March, but February's charge is firm.
I'm not questioning your desire to cease paying for that, just interpreting what the various messages mean or imply. Nor can I do much except cheer you along since we are both users conversing in this forum provided by Apple. No official from the company will appear, much less solve the issues; you have to contact them via the appropriate channels. This is not one of them.
Yes please I did and have even confirmed with the bank
I appreciate your concern and note that ICloud upgrade plan subscription is not the case here. Anyways my money has been refunded. Thank you
