iCloud Storage

Hey ... my plan is for 200GB but I’m getting an email saying my iCloud Storage is almost full at 50GB... what am I missing?

First, I would verify how much storage you actually have. See the "See how much iCloud storage you have" section in:

Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support


Then see how much Apple is charging you:

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


And if there is a discrepancy:

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
