MacBook Air, App Store is frozen as soon as I open it. I've restarted many times, but its still the same. What’s the solution? Is anybody else having this problem?

  • Startup in Safe Mode.  https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201262 to try to isolate the cause of the issue.
  • Select your account and login.
  • Open App Store to test.
  • To leave Safe Mode, click Apple logo   in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.
