Activation Lock

I'm struggling to log into my iPad that has just been repaired. It's got an activation lock on it bit I'm struggling to get it off and log into my account. Help please

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

otherwise you may have to Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
