Keys not working

Hi. I have a wired keyboard on which the 4, 5, 6 and the up arrow keys are not working. Everything else is working fine. Help please.

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Try the keyboard on another Mac or PC. If the keys are not working there as well, then the keyboard needs to be replaced.

You're welcome.

FWIW most all generic and ms keyboards and mice will work with Mac's including the Mac Mini's. Personally I prefer using Logitech USB keyboards and mice with our Mac Mini's.
