iPhone 5s email I'd and passcode not match

Hello

I am facing problem in activating my iPhone as paas code and email I'd doesn't match and cant activate my iPhone after so many attempt of reset password I am dissapoint what fault is their I cant recognize pls help me out to activate my iPhone in such lock dawn time

Password for your Apple ID or passcode for the phone?


Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

Apple ID – Forgot Password            


If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support.  (Link doesn’t always load)

You could also use Having trouble signing in/iForgot https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to

identify either or both.

 

If you can't retrieve your Apple ID/Password and can't answer your security questions, see:

This section says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”


I think it is unlikely that you will be able to solve your problem. Still you can try by using the support options below. Be ready to provide any additional information to Apple you think may be pertinent to solving your problem (e.g., your original purchase receipt with the serial number of the device on it).
