How do I get a full screen on my iPhone

Your question isn’t at all clear. The phone shows a full screen all the time. What specifically is not full screen on your phone?
Turn it sideways and it is a view without holding my phone

Ok hold up the phone and put Netflix on.. now turn the phone on it’s side not straight up.. on it’s side . Mines want turn but yours will
Open the Control Center and tap on the rotation lock icon to turn it off.
drag up from the bottom of the screen to see the control center
