SIM card

I’m not sure why but my SIM card isn’t working it just say no SIM even though it’s physically in there.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

No, "No Sim" means the iPhone itself cannot detect the sim card. It has nothing to do with the carrier at this point.

If you have not done so, try removing and re-inserting the sim card. Does the sim card work with another phone?


Otherwise you may need to contact your carrier to get a new sim card.
