Application access to my photos
I want to choose a photo on my iMac to use as a virtual background on Zoom. There are no apps in my list of apps in the Privacy pane. How do I get Zoom on the list so as to enable?

The Photos library has to be designated the System Photos Library in Photos' General preference pane:

You need to use this button:
It's pale in dark mode until the cursor is over it.
I selected Preferences under the zoom.us application and this bought me to Settings screen. I selected General and don't see a place where I can select a System Photos library.
