Authorizing computer in iTunes
I deauthorized old iPhones but iTunes won’t let me authorize my new Mac. It says I have 5 devices authorized but there’s only 3 listed. What am I doing wrong?

Katie,
Authorizing is only required for computers and does not count devices. If it thinks you have 5 authorized, use the Deauthorize All command, and then reauthorize just the ones you are still using. See steps in here:

To me it sounds like you can remove old devices and add new same day but it’s not letting me. I guess I’ll open a ticket
