My iPhone suddenly started sending me notifications from my calendar talking about some virus I have. how can I fix it?

It’s not a virus. It’s “just” Calendar phishing spam that added an account to your device. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and delete any accounts that you have not added, created or subscribed to yourself.
