Credit Card declined

My apple id is registered in USA because my country is not available in regions. And I want to use apple tv+ for free one year with new phone so I need to set my credit card (apple pay is available in my country) but i cant because my account is set on USA so my card gets declined. What should i do?(I mention again that my country is not listed in country / region)
