Deletion of Recent Call Logs

Why do my calls delete after a couple of days or weeks, I don’t like how that works. I need to know how can I change that, or even delete that option if it is one! I’m very upset, because I need to see my latest calls and @Apple is stopping me from doing that!!!

The Recent calls are just that: RECENT. Not all calls. The list holds exactly 100 calls. Then the oldest ones roll off as new ones are added. You can view all of your calls going back 18 months or more on your carrier’s website, or with your carrier’s app if they have one.
