Battery drain

So my iPhones battery life is at 71% it's not great but it's not that bad , and my phone is charging and draining fast . Any suggestions?

Have you looked at your battery Health?

You could replace your battery but in the current issues that is happening all around the world that may be a bit hard. If your phone is draining fast. Do you have a spare iPhone that you could use in the meantime.
