My iPhone 6 has a small mark on the casing, on the bottom rightcorner
I have £50 trade in value
Can I still Trade-In?

Only Apple can judge (since we are just users like you).
Unfortunately, due to Corona Virus problems, you can not have your iPhone checked at an Apple Store, but I think that next month you could visit one and get the info about the trade in.
Or, you can try and sell it by yourself.
