I have 2nd generation IPad 5 years back and now my colleague return back to me.
I'm totally forget the Apple ID and Password, what i do now?

You can click on forget the password, but you say that you also forgot your Apple ID. In this case, I would most likely call apple support. If you have added a phone number in settings, they may be able to tell you the ID. It is not going to work on 100% because it's just what I would do if I were you. Apple takes privacy seriously, so you will have to prove to them that this is you.
