Unusual apps on iPhone X

My daughter has found 2 apps on her phone which are confusing us as to whether they are genuine or spyware.

They are:

keyboard data Chinese and Japanese

com.apple.icloud.spnfcurl

I've checked my phone and I have the keyboard one but not the iCloud one.

Can anyone shed any light on it please.

Thank you

Are you really talking about "apps", which you see as icons on the iPhone screen? Or just items in the list of backup files. Chinese/Japanese keyboard data is normal for the backup list I think.
