Delete Header / Footer from page 1 in Pages
How do I start headers and footers on PAGE 2 in a pages doc?
This should be so simple! And it used to be in former versions of pages. Makes me so angry.

Agreed that it should be simple.
In the Pages menu, select Provide Pages Feedback, and request a reversion to the previous method. Explain, politely, how the new process slows your work and interfere with your workflow.
