Recovery of data after forced phone restoration

last night my iPhone XR stopped working. It just shut off and kept switching between the apple logo and black screen. I tried doing the soft reset many times. It went to the support screen so I plugged it in and connected it to iTunes. I updated it but it still didn’t work so as my last resort I restored it. After a couple hours it finished and I had to redo everything in my phone, but none of my photos exist anymore and most of my notes are gone. I checked iCloud and there’s barely anything there. Is there a way to get this stuff back?

If you didn't back it up before it failed, nope.
