Back up problem while connecting my mac

I have MacOS Catalina version 10.15.4 Today, I was trying to connect my iPhone to may mac so I can back up my data on my mac but a problem disturbed me when I plugged in my original power cable between my mac and iPhone. As usual, I got this question. 'Do you trust this computer?' I tried to touch 'trust' but it keeps giving me the same question with a blinking screen. Then, in case of any loose contact in cable I used another power cable but problem persists. Now screen is locked with 'Do you trust this computer?' question and I cannot enter my password. Do you have any suggestions?

P.S. I checked both iphone and mac their versions are both up to date.

Do you have any antivirus or 3rd party computer management software on your Mac that might be interfering? Have you tried restarting your Mac and your phone?
