If all you received was an email receipt, and cannot find a purchase in your purchase history or on your credit card statement, it is probably a phishing attempt. If it did not appear in the purchase history or your credit card statement, see this, If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and this, Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
