It’s an iPhone 8+. I have a iPhone 11Pro Max and 2 wireless charging pads mine works on both pads but my wife’s doesn’t charge on either. We tried with a case and without one same result. Until recently her 8+ worked on either. It does charge when directly plugged in? Both pads were purchased at the Apple Store.
