ICloud Keychain
Hi guys, when I go to turn on iCloud Keychain, I toggle it on, it immediately turns it self back off and provides no explanation or on screen instructions. How do I fix this?

Okay, I asked because I was reading a similar post to your here on the forums and someone said that one had to have a passcode on their device with the latest software. My next suggestion as Michael suggest above would be to contact Apple Support — Contact - Official Apple Support.
Is your AppleID setup for 2 factor authentication? It’s required for iCloud Keychain -> Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support
Ok so through research I figured out that 2FA was being blocked by older devices on my account which I deleted, went back and set up 2FA through the Apple ID website. After that was complete went back to try to turn on iCloud Keychain. Still has the same issue....
just verified both iPhone and iPad Pro have 2FA turned on. Rebooted both devices. Still no luck.
Did you ever remember setting up 2FA for your Apple ID?
Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
If not, you can set it up but once you do, there’s no going back.
So I had looked this up prior. Sorry I should have included in my original post. When I go to check two factor authentication. It does not even appear in setting under password and security...
I think then you’re going to need to call Apple support about that then.
Do you have a passcode on your device and is it also up to date with the latest iOS?
Yes I have passcodes on everything and everything is up to date with the latest os version
Actually, I think I saw the same post and you know I do have one old device that was 2 phones ago, right now without a passcode. Gonna check that and see
