My Apple Watch is connected to my previous iPhone I lost that mobile and forgot my Apple ID and password.

I lost my pervious iPhone my Apple Watch is connected to that. I forgot all my Apple ID and password.Now how should i pair my Apple Watch to new iPhone

Without the apple id that paired the watch to your old phone,there is no way that you can pair it to a new phone;

If you forgot your Apple ID
