My trackpad is not always responsive. Is it defective?
My new iPad magic keyboard finally arrived this weekend and I’ve started using it every day. Today I noticed that the trackpad is not always responsive. Sometimes when I swipe up with two fingers it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Almost every time now when I need to swipe up/down I will swipe multiple times to ensure one of them “triggers” it.
Are other people having this issue? Does this sound like a defective product to you?
I’m asking here before I contact Apple support to go through that process, just want to see if there is another way to resolve this.
