Mac Mini 2018 Thunderbolt Monitor Question

I am about to buy a Mac Mini 2018 and want to get a 4K/UHD monitor HDR that runs at 60Hz. I’ve found a monitor that has HDMI and DisplayPort 1.4. Are there adapters that allow me to connect to Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI or DisplayPort 1.4 that will still endure I get 4K/UHD HDR at 60Hz? Or can someone recommend a monitor that connects straight to thunderbolt 3?

So if I had 1 monitor plugged into to the Mac with via one of the Thunderbolt 3 ports with Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter and the other into the HDMI port, I would get full UHD HDR 60Hz, if that’s what the monitor allowed?
