I just purchased a new iMac retina 5k, 27-inch. A few month ago I also purchased extra RAour Mac contains 4 memory slots, each of which accepts a 1333 MHz DDR3 memory module. Question will these memory cards work with my new iMac?

That RAM will not work in your new Mac.
