I bought an iPhone that most likely was stolen..

How can I contact the real owner of the phone to possibly get everything situated or returned to them?

You can’t contact the original owner. Return it to where you got it for a refund. If this is not possible, turn it over to the police and give them as much information as you can about the sale.
