iphone 7 disabled

new iPhone 7 setup was not complete, after 2 months I'm still getting an error message that iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes but phone is not connecting to my iTunes.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
