Activation Lock

If An IPhone is activation locked and i don’t know the previous owner or have had contact with previous owner is there any way I can get it unlocked.

No, there isn't. It is useless to you. All you can do is recycle it.

Activation lock I have no way to get ahold of or contact the previous owner and I can't get passed the activation lock on this iphone
