Need to disable alarm on Apple Watch! Please help.

I want to completely disable the alarm on my watch while the iPhone Bedtime app wakes me up. This seems like a pretty simple feature but I can’t seem to find it.

I wear my watch to track sleep with the app Pillow, this alarm is completely turned off, only to track sleep.

I use the app Sleep Cycle to also track sleep and alarm, they offer Apple Watch alarm setting Off.

ps. I have to use 3 different apps to accomplish one thing, and it’s still not working. What the actual f.
