Hello,
From: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't charge
If your device stopped charging at 80 per cent
Your iPhone might get slightly warmer while it charges. To extend the lifespan of your battery, if the battery gets too warm, software might limit charging above 80 per cent. Your iPhone will charge again when the temperature drops. Try moving your iPhone and charger to a cooler location.
iOS 13 uses Optimised Battery Charging to slow the rate of battery ageing by reducing the time that your iPhone spends fully charged. Your iPhone uses on-device machine learning to understand your daily charging routine so that it can wait until you need to use your iPhone to finish charging past 80 per cent. Charging in this way reduces the wear on your battery and improves its lifespan. Optimised Battery Charging is active only when your iPhone predicts that it will be connected to a charger for a long period of time.
If your phone still has issues with charging and you have tried moving it somewhere cooler or it should be cool enough, visit an Apple Store/Apple Authorised Service Provider or contact Apple Support.

Hello,
Sorry, I missed that bit.
If you've been playing PUBG, that might be a reason for the charging issue.
If the phone does not charge while on when you have not played PUBG, try these steps: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't charge
If that doesn't help, contact Apple Support.
Hello,
Is there an Apple Authorised Service Provider near you: Apple - Find Locations
Did you buy your phone from your carrier? If so, you need to contact them if there is no Authorised Service Provider.
I am from Nepal. In Nepal their is no official Apple store and when I go to apple support. I don’t know how to use it
Thank you ! But I think it’s the matter of warm.
Today I played pubg for 1.3 hr and battery decreased to 23% when i start charging it wasn’t increasing. After power off it increased up to 80% only .
After 12 hr it is not increasing to 81% from 80%. Can you tell me what is the problem?
Hello,
The next step would be to contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider.
I had bought my phone from Uae but I am in Nepal now
Turn off Optimize Charging on the device. It keeps it from going over 80%.
It will affect or not?
How to schedule to finish charge?
