Can not send my text messages
iPhone 4s, iOS 9
go to setting, messages, try to turn off imessage for few seconds , then turn on, if still doesnt work, signout of apple id & sign in again
for sms, in the same messages there is a toggle which u need to make on which says "send as text message"
Does this phone have an active phone number?
What does your iPhone show when it tries to send? "Not Delivered" or something else?

Yes it's to another iphone, an my text message is in blue like it is suppose to be, an I have sent to other iphone an still will not send. I am only on wifi
The wifi sign on the iphone screen shows a good level

This phone has no active number, but it has not been active for 4 years an I have been using wifi to text sense then all along with no problem texting
My iphone 4 will not send my text. I have gone through all the fix steps in setting an it still will not send my text
