Where is the reminder app on my iPhone XR get 13 ? Only have 3 apps

Please note: Not a Mac... as per my question.. it is an iPhone XR. I only have three icons for apps. Photos, Notes and Find Phone. Do you see that icon on your iPhone.. looks similar to my iPhone Notes. What folder ?

And how exactly are you accessing iCloud if not with your iPhone?
I can access my iCloud from my phone and from my PC and from my iPad. I dont think we are progressing on this.. thanks but I will see if I can pull my post. You are just asking me questions, not providing any solutions or even suggestions. Have a good life.
here a default iOS 13 screen. Reminders (and plenty of other apps) is present.
