can I change the background of a video AFTER it has already been recorded ? If so how ?

Unless you used a green screen there is not really a way unless you have access to several hours and expensive desktop video editing software.
I don’t have a green screen. I have a pre-recorded video and would like to blank out the background. How Is this possible ?
