Unable to select programs in Apple TV+
When I select Apple TV+ in the app it only shows ‘downloaded programs’ which is blank but there’s no option to choose programs. I have an iPhone 7 and a year’s subscription. Thanks

Verify that you are connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or cellular. For cellular, verify in Settings that the TV app is permitted to use data over cellular. Force-close the TV app, then relaunch. Go offline (flight mode), wait, then go online again. Try a restart of the device.
You would have activated the year’s subscription in the TV app on your Apple device. Did you have it working before, or did you activate the subscription on a different device?
Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be an option. This is all I see
Use the Watch Now Tab - on the left side at the bottom of your screen.
The shows included in your subscription will have the tv+ logo on them. Scroll down to tv+ Section
Ah that’s solved it - I needed to be on WiFi. Thanks so much
