Disabled Apple Account

Hi. I am facing a problem regarding my apple account for last over a month now. Whenever I try to get any application I receive a message saying, “ Your account has be been disabled at apple store and iTunes”.

I would like to know the reason for such action by the store.

secondly I was scrolling through few apps and clicked over one app but didn’t finally bought it but I received a message from my bankers that I had debited an amount of Rs (PKR) 13900/- by apple store. The app name was “Search Family Tree History “. Now once I have not even finally accepted the purchase then how can apple store deduct the amount from my credit card.

I would ask the concerned apple Store authorities to instruct apple finance department for refund of wrongly deducted amount of Rs 13900/- to me since this amount has been billed to me by my bankers. I have neither confirmed nor used this application.

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”
