iPhone 7 Plus storage used up

My storage is maxed out-not by apps, but there is a gray area within storage that says Other. That’s about 70% of the storage. How do i make room? I’ve deleted apps, pics, etc.

Usually a restart will clean it out. If not, try connecting it to your computer as explained here:
