what is this terrible mess? Messages can't report messages as junk from numbers you have blocked?

blocking a number adds it to your contact list. making it a known number and omitting the offending messages from being sorted into the unknown category which is the ONLY place you can report junk.


I'm getting multitudes of political spam texts.


the FCC has become the enemy. Att is a joke, and Apple is dropping the ball.


who is out there, protecting our rights? nobody apparently

Blocking. number doesn't add it to contacts. It adds it to the blocked list.


The best way to report an SMS as spam is to forward it to the number 7726 (SPAM). Your carrier will deal with it from there.
