Safari double search bar

Hello, when using safari with iPhone xs in the current IOS, I’m seeing two search bars at the top (pictured), also, occasionally when I type the words in the search bar, they are invisible until I hit search. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try clearing Safari history and cookies:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

When done, restart your iPhone the test it.
