I pay a monthly subs. for no commercials for Pandora but still hear them. I reported this and got an email back stating that I need to reset my device. It does not matter what device I use. Usually it is my Roku or computer. Can anyone help me?

Can anyone help me? Customer service is worthless.

Check with Pandora.

Pandora is owned by Sirius XM, and has little to do with Apple.

(We’re other Apple users, so we don’t have access to either your payments to Apple, nor to Pandora.)

Seems Pandora is somehow not processing the subscription payment from Apple, if you’ve purchased that through Apple.

You can try to pay for the subscription directly at the Pandora site, or can switch to a different streaming service.

But you’ll want to check with Pandora about this.

Pandora has a community for subscription questions, and it would appear this issue is known given the thread over at Pandora:
