Restoring Notes in only one device

My notes were deleted from my IPad but My IPad and my IPhone share the same Apple account so the notes were deleted from my iPhone as well. I would like to know if I can restore my backup only on my iPad to access them again without changing anything on my iphone. I have very important notes that need to be restored but also new data on my phone that cannot be lost and haven’t been backup.

Thank you in advance

If your notes were also deleted from the Deleted folder in Notes, then they are irretrievable.
