I want to pay my iCloud storage using my apple gift card; how can I do this? I cannot select my apple gift card which i already redeemed.
I redeemed the card already, I see the credit. How do I use the credit to pay for my iCloud storage. when I choose payment option, it does not take the apple gift card, but the money or credit is available. How do I get the credit from my apple id to itunes?
You don't "use the credit to pay" for your iCloud storage. On the day of renewal, your iCloud storage payment will be debited from the balance in iTunes.

Just to be clear, did you purchase an App Store or Apple Store gift card? They are two different things. See:
App Store & iTunes Gift Cards are for the purchase of goods and services on the iTunes Store, Apple Books, Apple Music, and the App Store. Apple Store Gift Cards are for Apple hardware and accessories at any Apple Store. For what you want to do you should have an App Store gift card. If so, perhaps one of these articles will help:

Your Apple ID credit will be used for your iCloud storage before any other payment methods.
You'll have to load (redeem) it to your App Store/iTunes account and you're all set.

If you already redeemed it as the instructions from the link I provided above, then the balance has already been applied to your iTunes balance. When it's time for your iCloud payment, that balance will be debited.
I already redeem the card using my iPhone. How will I get the money on that redeemed card to iTunes or the App Store to pay for the iCloud storage?
