It doesn't say anything about adding another payment or anything.
To resolve your issue, simply follow the instructions above
It doesn’t allow me to add another payment plan. It tells me my account has been disabled. I disputed a charge through PayPal So I’m sure that’s why, but was denied. I just want to reactivate my account
